The times that I have an opportunity to write never seem to correspond to my need to write. Once I start though, it flows. I felt more mentally constapated in India, but for lack of time my blog journals in China have not been as extensive. Fortunately I have been doing more journal writing here. The experience is very different-- more extreme and recently thoughtful... although it may also be my hormones.

My parents are here. I caught Volpa's bug and welcomed them by throwing up in their toilet.
My mom brought me hello's from Back Bay Yoga and my dad a bit of jealosy that I went to hang out with IHP friends rather than them. I think he got over it when I sent him to get a full body massage.
We are in Xian. The train ride was lulling. I awoke to the chinese country side-- terraced fields, Tai Chi, defecation, the sunset, graves...quite the medley. It me, Chris, Lauren, Viv, and Lindsey and mom and dad.
Love you, Sasha
